Some feedback from our first ever session! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I really enjoyed it, and thought all the trainers were really good and imformative and help encouraged you through the session. I didnt ache yesterday, but I do today!!!! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- i loved it and hope to continue getting fitter with the Try Boxing team. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- yes i enjoyed it very much and i did suffer the next day. The trainers were very good and informative ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Really enjoyed the session.Found the technical information very help full with throwing punches to gain power etc. Weights exercises really good can feel the benefit better than joining a normal gym. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ hi ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- loved the training and I thought the trainers were very informative, approachable and the club had a friendly feel. I didn't think the training was too tough but I have a good fitness from running. Saying that - I did ache for 3 days afterwards so it was well worth it :-) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hi guys. If pain is a true measurement of gain then I must of gained a lot from the class. Two days on and I'm still walking like I've sh*t myself. Those kettle weights have ruined me. On a serious note, I thought it was professionally run with trainers that clearly wanted to be there. The level was set where you could work harder if you wanted to but felt supported if you needed to slow things down. I really enjoyed myself and will definately be a regular.
