Welcome to Try Boxing Horsham online….

There is no question that boxing is one of the best ways to get fit and conditioned and will help your speed, agility, strength and stamina.

Whether your ambition is to tone up, burn off some flab or learn the basics of the noble art then Try Boxing sessions are for you!

We are often told by people that they would love to learn how to box but because of the nature and reputation of the sport are not fully confident to approach a local gym. 

Either that or maybe people are a bit too old to take up the sport seriously or just want to enjoy the benefits of learning the skills without actual contact! 

Whatever your reason, Try Boxing is offering a number of avenues for you to join in! We are running two sessions on a Tuesday evening at Horsham Amateur Boxing Club, and sessions on a Friday and Sunday, more details here.  Also, ask trainers for 1 on 1 or smaller group classes by appointment.

Try Boxing trainers are all fully ABA affiliated and have experience of both boxing at an amateur level and training boxers.
